Spencer Main Street first had the idea to decorate the windows of empty downtown storefronts in 2020. Since then, our talented and loyal local artist, Stephen Adams, has been accommodating us with seasonal designs, from the winter holiday to spring to a stained-glass effect inspired by the artist Piet Mondrian.
