A town that retains its historic center—as Spencer has done—also retains a sense of community. Historic Downtown Spencer gives us a place to shop, to have a coffee, to meet friends for lunch or dinner, to walk, or to sit on a bench and enjoy the scenery. It gives us a place to call home.

When Spencer Main Street sponsors events that bring people to downtown Spencer, we are working to ensure that our local businesses thrive and that people—whether residents or visitors—feel that sense of community. And it's that sense of community that makes people care about a place.

We care. That's why the 16-member, all-volunteer Board of Spencer Main Street is here to ask for your help. Your donation through OCCF's $1-for-$1 Match helps secure the future.
