• Sellers! Gather your stuff, reserve a spot, and come and sell out of the back of your vehicle.

Shoppers! Come and browse at dozens of little yard sales, all in one spot in downtown Spencer!

• This is a "yard sale." If you are a "vendor" or a direct sales rep, this is not the event for you.

• Sellers must reserve "a spot" by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 28. Each seller may reserve only one spot.

• "A spot" = one parking space and the space immediately behind the vehicle in which to spread out and display.

• No gun sales. No food sales.

• Sellers are responsible for their own displays. You may set up tables or awnings; awnings MUST be weighted .

• This event WILL carry on in light rain or drizzle. However, if the forecast warrants, the event will postpone to May 7.
